Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2023

HCL Fasteners Ltd is pleased to announce its participation in the Fastener Fair, which will take place in Stuttgart from the 21st to the 23rd of March. HCL will be exhibiting alongside other prestigious Hose Clamp companies including Mikalor, Norma, and Jubilee. The Fastener Fair is an important event for the industry, where manufacturers and distributors from all over the world come together to showcase their products and services.

At the Fastener Fair, HCL will be launching its new range of Air (Pneumatic) Tools, which can be used to install Ear Hose Clamps, Polymer Hose Clamps, and other snap-fit hose clamps such as Norma’s Cobra and the Caillau Clic Clamp.

HCL Fasteners Provide New And Customizable Air-Tools

The new Air Tools from HCL offers a range of features that make them unique and interesting.

Firstly, customers and distributors have the option to brand or colour-code their tools to suit their individual needs. Adding Logos and colour codes allows for the customer’s own brand to be presented, whilst the colour code feature itself can add a lot of identification benefits to the production line and other operational environments.

Secondly, the new Air Tools are the most affordable on the market. HCL has worked hard to ensure that customers can access the highest quality products at a competitive price. The affordability of the tools makes them accessible to a wider range of customers, regardless of their budget. Opening up the use of the tools for customers using lower volumes and offering physical benefits to the operators over the standard manual tools.

Thirdly, the electronic versions of the Air Tools work with the HCL control box. The control box adds further features to the tools including, digital control of air pressure and clamping time, dry cycle detection, in-process advisory information screens, batch & unit count control & supervisory control. These features allow customers to work more efficiently, reducing the risk of errors and increasing productivity.

Finally, the Air Tools from HCL have undergone extensive reliability and durability testing. HCL understands the importance of delivering products that are built to last.
