For those cable clamping projects not already covered by our Smart Band and Smart Tie range, HCL are able to offer fully bespoke cable clamping utilising our existing range but with custom-designed saddles.

HCL have a dedicated team of highly qualified engineers on hand to work the our clients on special projects. HCL can design and supply Polyurethane Casted, Nylon Injection Moulded or HDPE machined parts which operate in conjunction with the Smart Band or Smart Tie products.

HCL also has an in-house tool shop to enable a quick response to client enquiries and delivery of a complete package, including ties and saddles. These saddles are often referred to as Piggyback Clamps and are generally used in the attachment of Cables or other cylindrical shapes to subsea structures such as wind turbines, oil rigs, risers and pipelines.
